2416 Squadron Newtown is a squadron in number 2 Welsh Wing. It is based in Newtown, Powys and its current meeting nights are Monday and Wednesday from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. It has been very successful in the last few months catching up with the bigger squadrons and has a rising number of cadets as well as a friendly rival with 2364 Welshpool squadron who they take part in many activitys with.
