North Region is one of six Regions within the Air Training Corps. As with all ATC regions, North Region is commanded by an ex-regular RAF Officer, currently Group Captain J Middleton RAFR, who serves as Regional Commandant. The current Assistant Regional Commandant, also an ex-regular RAF officer is Squadron Leader Sue Gossow RAFR. North Region headquarters are at RAF Linton-on-Ouse near York.
